This is the Northern Lights from the Black Forest Sky Party in north central Pennsylvania

Sept 7, 2002 at about 9 PM. This is facing NNE, note most of the Big Dipper in the background.

About 15 second exposure with a 28mm f2.8 lens using Kodak PJ 400 film from a tripod.
